Create a printable with valuable information your target audience wants.
Your printable can be a cheat sheet, a list of tips, or resources they need to improve their lives.
For example, give them 5 or 10 shortcuts to buy tax lien real estate. Save your printable tips as a pdf file then go to the next step.

Set up your offer on a mailing list capture page
- Create a lead capture page on your website or through your mailing list provider.
- Include an opt-in form to receive their name and email address.
- Upload the printable to your site and link it to the thank you page.
The lead will receive it when they click submit. Now that you have completed that step, it’s time to create your promo.

Design a graphic, promo video, or story with a call to action
- To give people your free printable you must promote it.
- It starts with designing a flyer, Instastory, or promo video that includes the offer, the image of the printable and the call to action.
- There are plenty of apps you can use to create your promo graphic so choose one and create an eye-catching design.

Promote/ share your free printable graphic in groups where your target audience hangs out.
- Now that you have your printable, capture page, and promo graphic done, it’s time to share it on social media.
- Do your research on where your target audience hangs out then begin appropriately sharing and promoting your free printable.
- Soon you will begin getting hot leads that love what you are selling!
