Approach

I use a consultative approach to creating instructor-led course curriculum, virtual video training, business processes and procedures, course content development, quick reference guides, user guides and assessments. The Agile, rapid development methodology is my preferred method to creating interactive and engaging eLearning courses and instructor-led trainings (ILT and vILT).

Added Sauce

Extensive multimedia design experience which helps me develop dynamic blended learning solutions. A combination of graphic design, video production (storyboarding, shooting, editing), audio production (scripting, voiceover, and editing), and animation makes stale trainings interesting and promotes a higher completion rate.
